It was June 2000 when the Mercury Prize-winning, seminal ‘The Hour of the Bewilderbeast’, announced the arrival of the badly drawn genius of Damon Gough. His soundtrack to the 2002 film ‘About A Boy’, starring Hugh Grant, remains one of Badly Drawn Boy’s most critically acclaimed and successful albums (certified Gold in the UK) and spawned two singles, ‘Silent Sigh’ and ‘Something To Talk About’.  Here he’s on the Half Moon Putney stage here with Guy Davis, US acoustic bluesman with more than 12 critically acclaimed albums to his name, nominated as 'Best Acoustic Blues Musician' for the 2014 National Blues Awards.  They were raising money under the Light of Day London banner to help defeat  Parkinson’s disease.
