Formed in 1981, Ian McNabb and The Icicle Works joined the Liverpool renaissance with Echo and the Bunnymen, OMD, and Frankie goes to Hollywood. I caught him at the Half Moon Putney, where I'm a Resident Artist, and was moved by the fans singing along to each song. This inspired me to include them in the artwork.
