A dreamlike oil painting sprung from a phrase: if you put your ear to the ground, all you can hear are doors slamming. I imagined Argia - a city where a nuclear conflict forced its citizens to hide underground. Years later, a daughter, longing to know the fate of her beloved father, climbs to the surface. For the first time, she breathes fresh air. After a day of searching, she finds her father's remains - courageously sacrificing himself to save his family. Sadly, this glimpse into the unknown seals her own fate.
