I'm a huge fan of Allium! It's a genus of monocotyledonous plants which come in many varieties, from onion and garlic to chives and leeks. Their globe-like flowers give an eye-catching structure and movement to gardens. I've reimagined the normally mauve plant here in a vivid red hue!
