Half Moon Putney Spring exhibition!

Article text
To celebrate 55 years of live music at The Half Moon Putney, the iconic music venue is staging a series of one-day exhibitions of art I have created for them during the past year as their Resident Artist under the banner of 'New Moon'.

Already - as a taster - my pictures of its musicians are beginning to populate the walls of pub - drawings of Half Moon regulars Ralph McTell and Bob Kerr's Whoopee Band and the ska great Neville Staple.

A huge thank you to all those who attended my first show on Good Friday. My next is on Saturday 28 April from 1-4.30pm. Do hope to see you there!

A proportion of the money raised from the sale of artworks will go to Teenage Cancer Trust, whose Honorary Patron is The Who's Roger Daltry, as part of a drive to raise £55k for the charity, celebrating 55 years of live music at The Half Moon.

For a catalogue of some of the artwork on sale, visit http://www.blurb.co.uk/b/8433086-new-moon
